The Department of Hindi was established in 1971. Dr. Chitra Aasthana had worked in the department was first appointment.There after Prof. Shasikala Suryawanshi rendered his invaluable services as an Assistant Professor in this department. At present Dr.Shilpa Jivrag , Dr. S.N.Tandale is working as the faculty.
The response from the student was good and about 120 to 150 were admitted now the total strength of the student .Two full time Teacher is working in the department. The department deals with the Katha sahitya, Natak Sahitya Pradeshik Sahitya ,Hindi Sahityaka Itihas,Sahitya Shastra and project for B.A. TY students.
- Aims and Objectives
- 1)To generate job opportunities students
- 2)To growth communication skills in Hindi.
- 3)The department of hindi has also been trying to promote Hindi language.
